Jayaapps FAQ – Your Questions, Answered

After logging in to jayaapps, go to the "Betting" section to see a list of all ongoing matches. Any match showing a green "LIVE" badge is receiving real-time score updates. Click on a match card to open the detailed view, where you can see over-by-over scores, wickets, run rate, and current betting odds all in one place.

With push notifications enabled on the mobile app, you'll receive alerts for key moments such as wickets falling or boundaries being hit. You can customise these notifications in your profile settings and choose exactly which types of updates you want to receive.

You must be logged in to your jayaapps account to access the live score feature. Without logging in, you can only view the list of upcoming matches — real-time scores are not available.

To access Live Casino on jayaapps, log in to your account and navigate to "Platform" from the menu, or go directly to the "Live Casino" section. There you'll find tables from Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live.

Available games include: Live Baccarat (minimum bet ৳100), Live Roulette (minimum ৳50), Live Blackjack, and the hugely popular Teen Patti and Andar Bahar. Click on any game to go straight to that table and start playing in real time with a live dealer.

A minimum 4G network connection or a strong Wi-Fi signal is required for a smooth Live Casino experience on mobile. On a weak connection, video may buffer — if that happens, lower the video quality from within the game.

You must be at least 18 years old to register on jayaapps. This is a strict policy with no exceptions. Date of birth is required during registration, and you may be asked to verify your age at any time using your National ID card or passport.

If anyone under 18 opens an account using false information and is later identified, the account will be permanently closed and any funds held will be returned.

If a parent or guardian believes their child is using jayaapps, please contact us immediately at support@jayaapps.best. Provide the relevant National ID details and we will review the account within 24 hours. jayaapps takes the protection of minors seriously at all times.

To start betting on cricket at jayaapps, first log in to your account and make sure your wallet has sufficient balance. Then go to the "Betting" section from the menu.

There you'll see a list of ongoing and upcoming cricket matches. Click on any match to view the available betting options — such as Match Winner, Top Batsman, Total Runs, First Wicket Method, and more. Click on the option you want to bet on, and it will be added to your bet slip along with the odds.

Enter your stake in the bet slip — you can start from as little as ৳50. As soon as you enter an amount, your potential winnings will be displayed below. When you're ready, tap "Confirm Bet". The amount will be deducted from your balance immediately, and any winnings will be credited to your wallet automatically once the match ends.

The settlement rules for cancelled or abandoned matches on jayaapps are straightforward. If a match never starts, or fewer than 50% of the scheduled overs are played, all pre-match bets are refunded in full.

If a match is stopped after 50% or more of it has been completed, the result is determined according to ICC rules — such as the DLS method. Bets are then settled based on that result.

For live betting (bets placed while a match is in progress), slightly different rules apply — if a specific market has already been settled based on the portion of play completed, that result stands. Funds from cancelled bets are generally returned to your wallet within 2 hours. For full details, refer to the Terms & Conditions page on jayaapps.

No separate code or application is needed to claim the jayaapps welcome bonus — the process is fully automatic. Simply open a new account and make your first deposit, and the bonus will be activated instantly.

The bonus amount is up to 100% of your first deposit. For example, deposit ৳500 and get an extra ৳500 bonus, bringing your total wallet balance to ৳1,000. A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to qualify. The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes withdrawable after you meet a certain wagering requirement (see the Bonus section in your profile for full details).

If you agreed to promotional offers during registration, the bonus is added automatically. If you didn't, go to Profile Settings, enable "Bonus Offers", and activate it before making your first deposit. Activating it after your first deposit will not work.
